Hi Cathe! Had a question for you about continuing teaching Body PUMP. I notice on your schedule at the club that it shows you teaching it 3-4 times a week. What is your plan as you get bigger? I'm asking because 4 of the 5 classes I teach a week are BodyPUMP (I've been teaching for 3 years) and I know that in time it will be impossible to do such moves as the clean and press as well as chest and triceps lying down. How you you plan to adjust your class schedule?
