tank top rotation ?

Hi, does anyone know if you can use GS upper body instead of PS on tank top rotation and still get good results? Lori
 
I don't know if this as been done before but this is what I am doing now.For the month of Mar this is my rotation:

Mon- CTX Tri,Bic,Shou & Cardio
Tues-GS Legs & LM
Wed- GS UB ( all of them) & KM (long day)
Thurs-Long cardio ( for me this will be a long run 7-10 miles)
Fri- GS Legs & Cardio
Sat- GS Tri,Bic,& Shou & Cardio

2 x a week I really burn the UB or the LB.Yesterday I didn't do LM instead I did a 8 mile run and GS LEgs and my legs are feeling it today!Today I did as planned for Wed and I am ready to get a hot bath now.I am also doing abs whenever I have the time. I am actually into my second week.I did the TTR before (yrs ago) and what I do remember is working Bic,Tri and Shoul 3 x a week, and everything else once.So I think I do have it changed a little.

Edited to add, my cardio will be Imax's, straight step and running,other then the days when I am doing KM and LM.On my runs I will probably do 6-8 miles but everything else will just be a normal workout dvd.
 
this looks really great, I may just try this, but I'm not trying to lose any weight I want more defnition. Should I do less cardio then this? I know more questions! thanks, Lori
 
Its not that I want to lose weight...well maybe 5 lbs;) but my day doesn't feel complete unless I do cardio.So yeah, you could cut back to 3 days a week if you wish.
Like someone else mentioned though, what did the Doc say about your pinched nerve? That must have been very painful.My old boss had one and she spent monthes in agony!
