Hi Terry!
I am doing all three HardCore rotations. I started with the fat loss rotation. I am currently in the third week of the muscle endurance rotation and then I am going straight into the muscle building rotation.
I never thought I could do a 1 month rotation, let alone a 3 month rotation, but I am seeing results and having fun doing so!
