Hey girl :) I remember you saying you did the Hardcore rotation and got some awesome results...did you do just the "Fat Loss" portion or the whole enchilada? Can't remember!! lol...I'm considering giving it a whirl...thanks! :)
 
Hi Terry!

I am doing all three HardCore rotations. I started with the fat loss rotation. I am currently in the third week of the muscle endurance rotation and then I am going straight into the muscle building rotation.

I never thought I could do a 1 month rotation, let alone a 3 month rotation, but I am seeing results and having fun doing so!

So THAT'S how you're doing it! You'll be in even more fantastic shape (if that's possible! :) ) than you are now...that sounds good to me...think I'm gonna have to go for it, come Monday! Thanks Tammy!
