I have always loved bc upperbody and do it 2 times thru it is the best endurance workout for upper body I have besides one from another company.anyway I have been doing upper everyday bc-chest shoulders-back yesterday and triceps and biceps today.So I decided to count and see how many reps I can do in that minute.I am amazed at the reps and burn you can get in this 20 min. workout

this is a true gem and now that I know how many reps I'm actually doing it makes me push harder to get out more has anybody else done this workout or me and power hour and counted the reps.now I want to count all my reps on endurance workouts;-)
