Talk to me about these toe touches.

I am taking certain exercises from cathe's aug. rotation and putting them into my own. She has the exercise call the toe touch. I have two different ones pictured in my mind. Is it like the one in BC where she touches toes and comes back up or touching toes from side to side?


And also could anyone tell me what body parts benefit from this?

Okay educated ladies, someone please tell me how to do those toe touches cathe puts in her new rotation. I am thinking of two different ways. Come on ladies!

Kim,

I can't answer your question, but was wondering the same thing as you. I was thinking that doing 200 of the BootCamp-style toe touches would make a person extremely dizzy.
