Im looking for some advice on taking time off. I know you have always said to listen to your body. My problem seems to be that when working out for a period of time (ex.12 weeks- 4 to 5 times in a week)I end up with a sinus infection after awhile and the deal is my "body" doesnt always feel like it needs a break I just end up stopping because I cant breath and my face hurts. My goal has always been after a good 12 weeks take 1 week off. My doctor recommended me maybe to think of taking some more time off between my workouts. So my thought was (I am doing 3week rotations of all your DVDs now) 3weeks with (ex.) pure stregnth series and 1 week off before i start the next rotation. Maybe that would give my body some extra recovery time and that i could stay one step ahead of the sinus stuff. What are your thoughts? I Know everyone is different and what works for one doesnt always work for another and I also Know this probably could slow down the weight loss process for me alittle but If i am going to do this for the rest of my life i want to do it right!
