I got the starter pack with the first 4 dvds and I absolutely love it. I ended up ordering the additional rockin abs and rockin buns shortly after trying the first ones. I can't wait to get them. I like the way it burned in the muscles, especially my upper body. I am actually on week 3 working out to Billy. This morning I wasn't sure at first what I was seeing in the mirror, I had to do a double take. Could it be I thought, I have definition in my abs? I have a nice crease starting in my front and I can see my obligues. Oh man, I thought, wow! And I didn't have to do any sit-ups on the floor. Could it really have been that simple, I thought to myself? (Floor sit-ups really raise cane with my lower back). It really is possible to shape the abs without doing any conventional sit-ups (on the floor).
Sorry for going on and on, I was just stoked to finally see results.
***It's alot different than Cathe's way of instruction and it might seem a little too easy for those who are more advanced, but I find it to be a great workout. Billy sometimes loses count on some workouts but Shellie helps him remember, and I am not lop-sided yet
