Anyone got these new tapes? How do you like them?? Are they overkill if you already have most of the TaeBo tapes already? Which ones do you like so far--

Thanks!!

I haven't gotten them...I'm not sure what to do on this! I may wait and see if they show up at Sam's club..

Oh me TOO! I wrote him a couple months ago, begging for new Impact videos..I know I can use any of the others for the kick/punch bag, but I want more instruction!!!!

I did buy the Ultimate Tae BO. I already have the whole 12 volume advanced Live Series and the Tae Bo II Advanced Set.

Since I got the Intensity Series and his on the same day - last Friday I have had only the chance to do the Lower Body and the Butt tape. The Lower Body tape is very intense about 5 minutes warm up then 37 minutes of all kicks squats, etc., no floor work at all. He does have a good cool down so the tape is 46 minutes in length. I sweat really hard and felt it was well worth it.

The Butt workout is 31 minutes of standing work, but didn't seem as intense as Lower body - that is all I did the rest is more than likely floor work. Don't get me wrong it is good, but not as intense as Lower Body. And also I should note ther were 2 or 3 spots where he did it on one side and not the other. That part kind of bugs me. It seems with them being edited that wouldn't happen. I didn't see that at all in the Lower Body one. Didn't do the other 2 yet. Cheryl

i have the four tapes i do the lowerbody and the butt after i get through with the lower body theni fast forward the butt tape and start doing that. and some of the tape does one side and not the other so you have to rewind and do the other side. not a bad workout. the upper bodyis good also. sometimes ill do upper with the lower or the butt workout
