Did the advanced w/o this am. It was tough, and I'm in shape. I've only done tae bo twice a few yrs ago. Some of the moves are going to take me some time, but I think it's a good cardio w/o. My heart was in 80-90% range maybe 5/10 minutes total. The rest og the time 50-70%. I'm looking for loosing my abs, and I've tried everything else. I found a 2 set tape package at Best Buy for $20. Later, I saw them at Sam's for a 6 tape series(I guess they were instructional tapes too) for about $35. I
