Here is what i do since no one answered you.I was looking to see 1st.
I do a basic salad with greens and leafy lettuce.hatever you like cut it up good.
1# ground turkey browned and rinsed. Add an onion and Jalapino pepper and 1/2 green pepper and cook them
Add 1 pack ortega taco sauce(my fav)and water.
Take your salad dice up some tomato and onion and top with ground turkey mixture.
I then add ortego taco sauce (hot one)and a little low fat cheddar cheese and some fat free sour cream
I skip the chips.
This is my version and i love it.
Enjoy.

I bascially do the same thing, only I will add some fat free refried beans and baked Tostitos to the mix. Lots of fat free sour cream, and a dab of guacamole-yummers! I skip the meat most times though.
I had some last night. I used lettuce, sliced red and yellow peppers, sauteed soy crumbles with taco seasoning, refried vegetarian beans, and topped it off with green tomatillo salsa. I was delish!! The rest of my family put it in taco shells.
