Tabata's 1-3 and Core

Did Tabata's 1-3 with Core 1 tonight and was so fun and soooo very tough. My plan was to do 1-3w/ core and then do xtrain Chest/Shoulders/Back...well after the Tabata 1-3w/core I was exhausted! I didn't really think that a short workout like that would be so effective!

I can't really imagine doing all 5 Tabatas....ever!

I did all 5 in one shot. Fun, fun, fun and super sweaty. I didnt find it overwhelminnly hard because I was having so much fun trying to keep up. I kept sipping water and a protein drink. I had a nap that day too!
