I did Tabatacise for the first time this morning and IMO it is the most cardiovascular challenge of all Cathe's workouts. There are power 15's and ricochets in the RECOVERY! I used the abs bonus as something of an extended cool down and I LOVE the exercises! Most of them are new and challenging! I am starting the 90 day undulating challenge tomorrow and I can't wait!
