Happy Halloween Eve. Are you keeping your hands out of the candy bowl? I did well yesterday, both eating and workout wise. I previewed Amy Bento's Advanced Step Challenge 2 and think I'm going to like this workout. Today will be BBC legs and butt. Maybe I'll try Amy's workout for my cardio. Eat clean and get sweaty all.
 
Good morning Robin and all who follow,

I can't trust my hands around a candy bowl, so I don't have one. Meany that I am, I didn't buy any candy this year and I'm going to pretend I'm not home on beggars night. Halloween is like dipping the toe into the water to test it before you dive in on Thanksgiving.

I preordered Amy's Slo-Mo but I don't have it yet. Last night I did Jari Love's S&L. Today is a cardio day and I'm probably going to do one of my walking DVD's.

I committed a minor dietary infraction yesterday at lunch when I indulged in a pumpkin cookie, but I redeemed myself by avoiding snacks the rest of the day and eating a healthy, well balanced dinner. I have not planned my meals for the day yet, but I don't have anything in my pantry to throw me off course.;)
