Anne, that is wonderful about TCB!!! And it is so soon too :D With washing your hands and not touching too much, that will help a lot for not spreading the cold. I hope your mom is doing better.

Lisa, have a good w/o. I kwym, when I transitioned back to 5 days at the office it was so hard!! I am glad it is Friday too!

Seems like every computer at work has been having trouble, so that has been taking up a lot of my time. Also, my head is still not feeling good. Should only be another day or so before ttom is over and the migraine symptoms will go away! Dh doesn’t have to work this Sat, so that will make the day much better! Jasmin has a birthday party to go on Sun, so that should be fun for her! Then the regular Sat dance marathon :) Weight actually hasn’t been bad for ttom, thanks Kate-I have been trying to follow your advice :) And I have been keeping up w/my w/o better so that has probably helped too!

lisa, thanks, i think i will try travel fit. i do not have cathes new new bands - i have the old old green one, and the new pink/green/blue. somehow it will work. enjoy your wo. i am so in awe of you working 5 days a week. sometimes i can barely manage with 1 or 2!

off to travel fit. can i just say i am so excited for bedtime? i love ove love sleeping!! but, my real test will be making myself get up to use the dreadmill in the morning. i told myself i'd get up every moring except tuesday when dh is gone:eek:

Just got back from walking the dogs.
Lunch was a salmon burger on a whole wheat bagel thin. Anyone tried those yet? I just found them in the store last week and really like em ! :) Had an apple too. :)
 
Hey girls, getting close to bed time here. Had a nice, quiet dinner with Ryan and the girls are almost ready for bed. We let them watch an episode of Little Einsteins in our room.

Becky, what are bagel thins? Sound good. I miss bagels!! Seems like such a silly thing to not be able to buy. :( I was thinking the same thing about Kate. :p

Nina, the zoo sounds wonderful. We had season passes in Tucson and it was a good thing to do on a morning with nothing to do. I miss the sunshine. Good luck with your WO!

Katie - Oooh, hope you're not too sick. For some reason when I'm pg, I always get sick with the flu. I know your immune system is lowered while pg.

Kate - I love PUB and yay for Florida being right around the corner!! Hope the school fair isn't so bad.

took lisa's advice and did travel fit. it was a nice wo, and i felt a burn with each exercise, but not exhautsed after, so i think it was just right. i am supposed to start meso 3 next week but am on the fence - i have gotten a lot of definition from meso 1 and 2, and i do not want more, nor do i want a layer of bulk. so, what do you guys suggest?

Nina, I got Meso 2 back today, thanks! Did I already send you Meso 3? You know I couldn't stick with it, so I have no advice. I don't think it will give you bulk, but it might give you even more definition. I'll tell you what, though, I credit Meso 1 and 2 with helping me be the smallest size I've been in ten years.

Okay, so I have two weeks to whip myself back into great shape before TCB gets here. He's been working out like a mad man and is getting super ripped. Did I tell you guys he is very, very fit? He runs 8 minute miles (which he considers slow, he used to be faster) and lifts weights. He has the best butt I have ever seen in real life on a guy. And it's so much smaller than mine, but oh well. Anyway, I need a plan. I was thinking of doing Butts and Guts (the 50 minute premix) twice per week, a total UB work out plus abs once per week, a 60 minute bike ride, 30-40 minute run and a HiiT work out. That's 6 work outs per week and has plenty of cardio plus weights. What do you think? So something like this:

Sun: Butts and Guts
Mon: HiiT (and tap class)
Tue: UB plus abs
Wed: bike ride
Thu: Butts and Guts (and tap class)
Fri: run 30-45 mins
Sat: off

I know, two weeks isn't long, but I have a good base, so I figure it'll be okay. And I'm not worried about UB, but my lower half could use some tightening up. Let me know what you think.
