Cathe, Hope you had a great Thanksgiving. I ran 4 miles that morning in order to have dessert w/out the guilt, but I ate too much anyway to have dessert. Then I popped in your new 4day split the day after to help w/ the damage. I want to thank you for letting me indulge and be able to undo the damage. I love your workouts!!!!!!!!! My DS was watching the Triceps/Biceps portion of LIS and said you were pumped! (He's 12) Thanks again Cathe.
 
I can connect with that. Yesterday I did Circuit Max and I'm on my way downstairs to do Low Max. I'm riding my horse this afternoon. Got to work off those calories.
 
Hi Gettingfitmom! Glad you had fun burning off the damage:) When you work out regularly a bad day here and there barely makes a dent. You might feel puffy and weighed down for a workout or two but then you're right back on track. Best advice is to drink extra water to help flush it through. Second best advice is to ease of on those delicious leftovers :7
