T-12ers - Wednesday 22nd

Mornin' all. Hope everyone is off to a good middle of the week. I cannot believe my kids go to school next week. Not that we haven't sucked the life out of every second of summer - but where does it go?

So no, I didn't get in IMAX2 last night - I was spent. This morning got in Viper (always forget how much I LOVE that workout!), B&G floor work with SB abs, and 15 minutes HIIT on the elliptical - then the kids woke up, so I'm off to host a day of play dates as a last hurrah. Have a good day all. (Hope I can control my calories today) BBL.

Hi, everyone!

Lori, wow, great workout this morning. I'm kind of amazed you haven't needed or taken more recovery after your big "walk". Viper is killer, and HIIT rules. Love those B&G stab. ball abs - an all time favorite of mine, too.

This morning TOM arrived (yech) and I plugged through 30 min of LIC cardio and 30 min Power Hour (skipped through to include abs and plank). That's about all I'm good for today.

Weight proceeding nicely on the new eating plan - classic bodybuilder 5-6 small meals a day and have stayed at 1200-ish calories a day all week. Have introduced 1 protein bar and 1 fiber bar as part of the 5-6 meals which has made this do-able and have made sure the foods are all things that I like. It's working out pretty well!

Hi ladies!

Lorrie-looks like you've bounced right back from the 3-day...what with today's workout and all! LOL Yeah...WHERE did this summer go? We've actually got 2 short vacation trip left between now and the first day (Sept 4). lol Nothing like waiting till the last possible second, right?

Cheryl-glad to hear the classic bodybuilding meal plan is working for you. The bars make almost any eating plan managable for last minute solutions!

OK....date last night was fun! We saw Bourne Ultimatum. Good movie. Great company. All that I could ask for, right? Even his ex offered to watch my kids so we could go out. Whole package deal! LOL

This morning's workout is done! IMax 3 and S&H Shoulders. I had planned to just do the first 5 intervals, but once I got going, I just felt that groove and kept on rocking it!

Did I mention I took the 30-day veg pledge? I've committed to going meat-free for 30 days. Shouldn't be too hard!

Lorrie - I love Viper too but haven't done it in ages. You have amazing energy after all you've done in the last two weeks. I've been staying pretty low-impact lately with my cardio. Have a great day with the kids!

Way to go Cheryl! We see real results when we push through the hard days! Do you know I haven't had TTOM for 2 years? The only symptoms I have of menopause are hot flashes! Not fun! Yay for your progress!

Gayle - you are having too much fun! LOL! Good for you! Good luck with the veg pledge. Your right, it shouldn't be too hard. Let us know how it goes!

Late post, but my first chance. I took today as a rest day. Traveling back from in-laws house today so just did't make the time. Had a nice visit with my family and my in-laws.

Cheryl, great job on your progress.

Lorrie, quite a workout. I would have to lay in bed for a week if I walked 60 miles. LOL

Pennie, you look too young for menopause.

Gayle, your date sounds nice. I loved that movie.

T-12 Check-in

Hello, T-12 Sisters! Where are y’all hiding? Has everyone gone to the Grand Canyon? How do you expect me to crash your check-in if there is no check-in to crash?!

My cycle has been wiping me out this week. I have not worked out at all since last weekend! It appears that I am destined to be a weekend workout warrior this month. Now that my cycle is finally over, I am hoping to enjoy a fun Cathe step workout in the morning. I may even give Step Max a whirl!

If I do not check-in tomorrow night with a workout, please give me a firm kick in the butt!

Lorrie, do you have a goal and game plan established yet?

Heyyy, everyone! I would have started a new T-12 check-in today, but I actually don't know how x( :+ :+

What a great day - and it's just about FRIDAY.

I've been having a great workout week and have been eating entirely clean. The Cathe experience has lit me back on fire.

Today was GS Back/Shoulders/Bi's (loved it!) plus 7 cyles of IMAX3 and treadmill for a total of 50 min cardio.

Tomorrow is GS Chest/Tri's (at least a timesaver mix of it) plus Low Max.

Heather, I'm so glad you're doing okay but sad that your cycle has wiped you out. No fun! Gayle, Jean, Pennie, Lorrie, Amy, Belinda and Alesia have a wonderful night!
