Good morning, fellow Table 12'ers! Anybody else drowning in downpours of rain today? It's been non-stop here since Sunday afternoon. But...at least we're fortunate to not live in a flood-prone area. KNOCK ON WOOD! Bless the hearts of those that do, and those that are getting hit hard with the hurricane right now!

HOW IS EVERYBODY??????????????

My workout this morning (which is DONE, btw) was: LIC cardio premix, LIC bonus ALl Blast premix, LIC abs, S&H Chest. Feeling GOOOOOOOD and those DOMS will set in the chest soon!

Since I got the extra bedroom finished yesterday and most of the furniture moved in up there, I don't really have any projects today. OH, the shame! I may just have to FIND something to work on! LOL Think I'll be taking the boys for school clothes, too.

No rain in Utah - whoopee!

Gayle, nice workout. That sounds so much fun! I still have chest DOMS from PUB on Monday (ouch!)

Today I did step portion of MIC plus spinning bike short add-on for 45 min. plus both stab ball sections of B&G for 20 min. Wanted to do 10 HIIT spinning bike intervals, but just one interval kicked my butt. Guess I know what I need to be working on.

Good morning ladies,

I am still busy getting ready for next month! My DH and I will fly Sept,18!! We still have to get tickets for my 2 dogs so they can fly with us!!! We also need to ship our car! The next few weeks are gonna be busy! No, I am still not completly done in my garage! I am going to have a garage sale Saturday! Hopfully I will sell a lot!

My workout for this morning is IMAX 3!

Gayle sorry for all the rain your having! Send some to El Paso, we need it! I am glad your done painting your extra bedroom! If you need more stuff to do come on over}( I got plenty to do for you! LOL! Great workout this morning! I am lucky I get one workout in!

Did you guys lose weight on the RT?? I didn't! Must been those 2 cookies??

Hello ladies. Sorry I missed yesterday. Wow, you miss a day, you miss alot around here. Sounds like everyone is doing well. For me yesterday was bi's & tri's and today was 40 mins jog. This morning's jog was so cool because I got to watch 3 hot air balloons along my route. One was close enough I could hear the burners. I'd like to ride in one some day.

Don't have time for personals right now, but I did want to take a minute for a proper closing ceremony for Lorrie. So here goes.

May I have your attention please. We would like to send a grand thank you to Lorrie and her team for their hard work and dedication to the research and prevention of Breast Cancer. Thanks to their extravangant fund raising and non-stop dedication over the past few months, training and participanting in this event, we will be able to continue research to hopefully develope programs that lead to better treatment and prevention of Breast Cancer. Thank you. You are our Hero.

Good morning girls!

My workout this morning was PUB/MM chest, LIC cardio premix and I did Yoga last night. I'm with you Gayle - feels good and I know those DOMS are coming tomorrow!

Looks like everyone is having great workouts today too! Jean, I love your closing ceremony for Lorrie! How sweet!

Belinda, do you really have to buy tickets for your dogs? Oh my! Good luck with your garage sale on Saturday! I don't weigh myself so I'm not sure if I lost any weight at the RT. I'll bet you drop a few pounds getting ready for this move!

Has anyone checked into the Grand Canyon walk? I want to go!

Hey gang!!!

It's nice to "see" you all again, I just wish that we could chat in "real time"!

Yesterday was a rest day for me....getting off of my work schedule and sleeping all day! It's hard to believe that 3 nights really exhausts a person, but it does.

Today is HIIT on the elliptical then some yardwork when it cools off....it's 94 degrees in the shade!

Jean- thanks for the closing ceremony! I also want to ride in a hot air balloon some time!

No, I think that I either stayed the same or added a couple of pounds but then again, I was also in Philly for a couple of days, so who knows....I haven't been on a scale for over a month!

I'm still sore from my weight workouts on Sat/Sun!!! I could really feel the lats from Saturday and my forearms from Sunday...although Sunday was a lower body! I was working to hold my BB during the SLDLs and now have DOMS there....making typing interesting!

Belinda....you ate 2 cookies and didn't lose? I ate like EIGHT that one night! LOL. And...it seems that I did in fact lose something on the RT (despite my cookie episode, lol)...came back and was down 2 lbs! Must have been the cookies! lol

Pennie...I'm going to email my contact at the Leukemia Society about the Grand Canyon Hike and will get right back to those intersted ASAP!

Ummm... Belinda, I definitely didn't lose weight on the RT, but I'm afraid it was the result of a lot more than 2 cookies :+ :+ :+

I'd been on a wild business trip and a family vacation right before the RT, and between all those three things I just sort of gave up. Now I'm paying the price. Oh well.

Speaking of which, I am sending out today photocopies to all of you of the article I just read and love about interval cardio being such a ticket for weightloss.

Wanted to be sure everybody knows I sent it because I loved it, not because I think anybody but me needs to cut a few lbs. :+ :+ :7

Hi T-12ers. Sorry I'm so late in getting around to this today. I'm a bit out of sync - think I'm getting a cold - ick!

Did get up at 4:00 (really need to get back into that since school starts next week) and hit Boot Camp and Fluidity Intermediate - but really feel like I was shy on cardio so thinking of IMAX2 later on - or not - we'll see.

Jean - [font color=red][font size=+2]THANK YOU FOR THE CLOSING CEREMONY!!![/font color][/font size]I absolutely loved it and e-mailed it to my walking buddies - who also send you a huge thank you! We feel vindicated! What a fun thing to see today.

Belinda - I cannot believe the tickets for dogs either. I guess I've really never thought about it - oh my.

Cheryl - thanks for thinking of us with that article. Sounds really neat. I'm with you on paying the price - and for some reason I'm having a hard time kicking my eating into right. I soooo need to do it - like NOW!!

Amy - I'm with Gayle on the DOMS - I LOVE that feeling. Have a bit of it going on myself from PUB yesterday. I don't know how you consistently adjust to those work days and reacclimating - WOW! You're an inspiration. Could you send some heat my way? I still haven't gotten warm since I returned. Thanks for the address list and for taking the time to do it.

Gayle - I LOVED the Grand Canyon post! :) Please let us know what you find out (like you wouldn't?) Can you imagine? I'm glad for you with your "friend" and think you're great for those baby steps. You're a smart cookie that's for sure (see - there I go with that bad food thing again! Ugh!) The wedding sounds like fun. And your room color sounds beautiful! Do you have pics? I saw you signed the 30-day veg pledge - good for you. Hope it works and that you like it. I've tried doing both vegetarian and vegan at various times (more for health reasons than anything else) and I always find that I "do better" then I get a little lean animal protein. I always feel so disappointed in that - please keep us posted on how it's going for you.

Pennie - Thanks so much for the e-mail you sent - and for the positive energy you exude everywhere. Great workout. I know you said you try to get in more yoga - how often do you get it in in a week? I have Bryan Kest and need to do more of it as well.

We hit the back-to-school shopping today which is why I'm checking in so late. Hope everyone is well - send those healthy eating thoughts this way - I need them!!
