Has anyone tried this protein powder from BSN? The guy working at GNC recommended this instead of the dessert powder.

I like the syntha 6 better than the lean dessert protein but it does have more calories. I like the chocolate and the coffee flavored one.

What other flavors has anyone else tried and I meant Syntha Six the people in the GNC stores have never heard of the Lean Dessert.

I am a Syntha 6 fanatic! I love strawberry and chocolate - the vanilla ice cream is so nasty, but that is my opinion. I also have lean dessert but actually like the taste much better - and lean dessert does have less calories! Either is a great choice though!
