Just popped them in the CD player today and I'm gettin' inspired...

Love them -- but haven't bought anything new by them in quite awhile. I only have the CD where they sing "more than a paycheck!"

I was sad when Bernice Johnson Reagon left a couple of years ago, but she had been their leading force for over 30 years! They are super - I use a few of their children's CDs regularly in my music classroom.

Wow! What a blast from the past! I haven't thought of them for years (I had a couple of cassettes, I think, of their music...shows how long ago it was!)

That's great you use the CDS with kids. I love their style, saw them perform once back in the 1980s. I bet kids love listening the harmony.

They're still pretty active around here in the D.C. area - where they're originally from.

I always feel better about myself when I listen to their songs - so empowering.
