Hello Ladies and Gentlemen, need to consult all of you experts out there. I just completed ChaLean Extreme and love this program because they are short (I've done it 7 times with fantastic results). At this point, I don't know which one to do next (that's what happens when you have to many workout programs to decide from, LOL)? I haven't done Supreme 90, just got it in the mail, and it does look awesome. I've noticed that there are quite a few that have done Supreme 90 and have given it positive comments. I like STS but they are so long (I've done this one only 1 time), I've gotten use to those short workout with great results but I'm willing to do STS again (this time I have to Tower too). I want to still increase my muscle and lose more fat (10 pounds to go) so which one would help me get me there? I just need help making up my mind (hee-hee). Thanks.
