I hadn't heard of Suvaril, so I "googled" it. Sounds like a scam - one of those deals where you buy it once and get billed monthly for re-supply without your consent.
I've never heard anything good about Hydroxycut or other "thermogenic" supplements.
I take L-carnitine and Co-Q-10 for their help burning fat while maintaining muscle. Carnitine is mostly found in red meat, which I don't eat a lot of, so I figured it can't hurt to supplement. I also use whey protein as a protein supp. because I'm just not a big meat eater in general. A multi-vitamin is always a good idea. And finally, I supplement with fish oil for many reasons - including weight loss - but also because of its anti-depressant/brain food action.
