I have been working out with Kathy for the last few years and love all of the videos that I have. I just wonder if Kathy takes supplements, protein drinks or any type of energy pills? I think that I eat pretty clean and I have started to drink protein shakes within the last year (drinking only 1 drink a day & now have increased to 2 a day)and I feel like I am not getting the results that I want. I can not seem to get the "cap" on my shoulders & I can not get the flat abs & I am getting frustrated!! Does anybody have any suggestions?
