I have been doing the STS workout & will resume with Phase II on Monday. This is my week off which came at a great time since I am running the 1/2 marathon in Philly this weekend. I absolutely love the STS workouts. I love it mostly because it is led by a female who actually does the workout rather than starting it & then walking around to see how the others are doing. I wanted to know if there are any supplements you recommend along with fat burners. I have not been using fat burners for a while & stick to an apple before starting a workout. I find that the apple gives me the energy I need. What are your thoughts on fat burners & supplements such as protein drinks? Which do you recommend?
