Okay ... this is the last one!! LOL!! I like working out on the ball, because I can really feel my core muscles engaging to keep my balance. My balance is SO much better than the first time I used the stability ball way back with PLB!! This workout moves fast, and the time just seems to fly right by! You can definitely go heavy, heavy, heavy on this one!! I will be going heavier the next time I do it. I didn't feel "worked out", but that's only because I wasn't sure how heavy I could go, and used the weights I'm used to with these specific exercises in other tapes. I can definitely see where a journal is useful with Cathe's workouts, because each workout is so different. I love it that we have so many choices to work our muscles in different and unique ways!! Thanks, Cathe!! FANTASTIC JOB on the entire Body Blast series !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't wait to start my new rotation, using the Body Blast series, the Intensity series, Circuit Max, Power Hour, Rhythmic Step, and the Slow & Heavy series!!!!!!!!! I'll be starting that one after Thanksgiving. I'll NEED it after Thanksgiving - LOL!!

Hey I did it last night and really felt it. I was pretty close to her in weights except my biceps.. UGH

THE BEST part was I did it with my 15 year old son! He is trying to build muscle for hockey lax. Cathe's form is so great - he wont do tapes for ever but a great intro to lifting.

Yes great seeries.
 
Robyn don't feel bad ... I couldn't do those biceps curls with more than a 12 pound barbell!! LOL!!
