Supersets and Push Pull videos

Hi Cathe,

Even though I have almost all of your videos I have never taken the time to tell you how much I admire you. I ordered 2 VHS tapes (Supersets & Push Pull) to tie me over while I wait for my DVDs. I received them today and I just finished watching them. WOW! you have really outdone yourself this time. I particularly love that you use the stability ball so much. As a matter of fact, this summer I decided to really strenghten my core while I toned up my body so I hired a personal trainer to help me do it. What I was paying fifty dollars a session for is exactly the type of workout your tapes are about. Now that I got your tapes I won't be needing my trainer anymore. Thank you so much, and please continue to keep your workouts cutting edge, challenging, motivating, and fun to do.

You're really a step above everyone else in the industry.

I, also, love these tapes. I have decided to do Push/Pull and Supersets together in a rotation 2 days a week. The way Cathe incorporated the ball is realy awesome!

My upper body has come a long way doing her tapes. Thank you Cathe, you are great!

Are you using Supersets and Push/Pull 2x each week or using them 1 x each and then cardio between? Just curious! I love Push Pull! Haven't tried Supersets...
