super step or club step?

I'd recommend the Club Step.

The Super Step is pretty, but I don't think it's as height-adjustable (it's good as a weight bench, but not for stepping). There are only 2(?) different heights, I think, in 5" increments, while the Club Step is infinitely adjustable in 2" increments.

I've had my Club Step for over 12 years, and I consider it one of the best fitness purchases I've ever made.

You can buy it in either the black/grey combo or a teal/purple combo.

I would NEVER use my Super Step for aerobics. It doesn't feel stable. Even if you used it with no risers or with only one riser on each side--it would either be kinda too low or too high, not a nice in-between. I love it for a weight bench, also as a substitute for the High Step which I don't own. So I do leg presses on it, and it's wonderful for triceps dips. And when Cathe does stuff with her Club Step on three risers each side, I use my Super Step with one riser each side. So it's nice to have, but the Club Step is THE main one to have, if you're going to have one or the other.

thanks! those two steps were confusing me. i already have the high step and a bench press so, i'm definitely going with the club step. thanks again. :)

Not only can you not adjust the height if your rubber feet get worn you can replace the risers prob solves but the super step there is no fixing just purchase another. When you pat at leat 100 for something that is going to be used 2 times per day to work out you want the most wear you can get. I had the super step b/c It was on fit tv but I believe original step is abetter choice and there are several different lengths and maximum weight requirements. One step is 200 and another is 300 max weight. Goog luck!I was so happy when I got my step. The super bench was great but The Step Company really was not very helpful when my feet wore out.
