Hello everyone,
Thought I would start us out, if I may be so bold
Did Step Fit, the first 45 minutes, and segment 1 of core max. Eggbeater, spinach, and tomato omelette, and toast with butter (measured out a teaspoon). Broke down and had a piece of cinnamon twist, my kids' Sunday treat, but wrote it down. Will have vegetable and brown rice soup for lunch, and a smart ones entree for dinner if the family dinner doesn't look doable (my husband cooks).
