Good morning everyone. I did the squats and plie squats from PH, then abs from SJP and the Bi-Tri section of S&H. Then a 10 mile trail run on a course they are using for a mini triathlon today. Maybe I'll do the tri next year! I have promised my Pastor I would do a tri before I turn 50...
...I am thinking about now doing PS floor legs...
