Good morning. Today is lower body.Maybe leg and glutes.I am worried about Cathe did not post the october rotation yet.I hope nothing bad had happened to her. Maybe she is waiting to tomorrow to give us news of hardcore and post the october rotation. Enjoy the rest of the weekend. :)
 
Good morning Stayfit...how is your foot?

I am doing a 14 mile trail run along a river here. I am expecting it to be tough as I am running with 2 men...enjoy the workouts....:)...Carole

Annette- how are you feeling?

Well, today I did the cardio and abs from All Step and the entire PUB. When doing the pikes I can't do them all because my arms seem to tire before my abs - I wish I had the DVD then I would do abs first before my arms are screaming.

Today my husband has two flag football games (no he's not a coach - he plays). It's so much fun to watch - he's quarterback and I know he appreciates my sideline commentary - I'm sure it helps him a lot;-)

Good Morning, Carole that sounds like a tough but scenic (sp?) run, there's nothing like being on the water and letting the scenery help through the tougher parts:).

I did a bunch of hi/lo this morning combining the CircuitMax cardio with cardio from MIC. I glistened like crazy and was glad to be done and finished with some yoga for hips and core. Enjoy your Sunday!

Today is my day OFF! Why do I feel guilty???

I'll probably take Diana for a nice walk though...the weather today is cool & sunny...perfect!

I did survive the run....barely.....my other friend backed out and I ran with my Pastor (he is a triathlete!)anyway he made me run hard which I know helps...:)...

Laurie..it was very scenic and a nice run since I have not run there in a long time.

Wendy...I believe I was eating his dust..x( I have the PUB in VHS and I have done the abs first because as you said our arms are quite fried! I played flag football in High School, it was very fun. I played quarterback too! Very nice of you to be the "cheerleader" for him...:7 ....Carole
 
Hi Wendy, I am tired today but I feel ok so far. I actually ate sweets yesterday which was a big no no so I went to bed with a tummy ache. I have had no dairy today so maybe it all stems from the dairy. I desparately need to get back on the no carb thing so I can lose these pounds that I have put on. Tomorrow is a new day and hopefully the one to get me back on track. Thanks for asking.

Good evening Ladies

Carole, I have to laugh. I ran my fastest marathon after running with two guys for a year. Their easy pace was my marathon race pace -- 8:20 min/mi -- for crying out laud! I think it's wonderful running with faster folks from time to time. My times improved dramatically at every distance at that time.

Viper for me this morning. I just love that workout a lot.
