Good morning to you my daily poster friends! :)

Great workout today! After about 10 min biking I did Viper with some changes. Since I want to do lower body tomorrow I subbed the leg parts with upperbody. Finished it with BC core. Endorphins are buzzing here big time...:7

Hi Mari...sounds like a good workout. I did a fun one yesterday. Half of Circuitmax then the Power drills ( leg intervals ) from Bodymax, then finished Citcuitmax. Very reminiscent of The Terminator workouts! Today I did a 12 mile run. My ham/glute is so much better. Then did Slow & Heavy shoulders and triceps. I can already feel my shoulders!...:)...Carole
