Hi, good morning. Today is IMAX 2 for me and cardio and lower body premix without weights of bootcamp. Today I still with the molestations in my neck and trapezius but I need to train.Yesterday I was carefull with the punches and the open window movement in KPC.Today I will be carefull too. I have been three days without exercises this week taking medicines and this is too much for me.I have to be prepared for the hardcore. Have a great and healthy Sunday.

Hi again, I have done my workout yet. IMAX 2 and the premix of bootcamp with cardio and lower body. Lot of sweat and fun.I will do abs later with my abs hits dvd. Have a great Sunday.

Today is my rest day. I think I will do some pilates, though, to try to improve my flexibility for KPC!
 
Good morning ladies...Mariángeles don't you just love Imax2...it makes me curious about Imax3!! Can't wait....:)

I ended up yesterday adding MIS Legs and PS Shoulders, triceps and biceps. Felt like I needed some upper body work. Today I am attempting a 21 mile run for my marathon training. I have a bit of pain deep inside my left glute area??? Hard to believe there is any muscle in that area...:D ...enjoy the day....:)...Carole

I hope you don't mind me jumping in here every so often. I don't often find the time to post during the week.

Yesterday I did KPC and a 30 min slow paced treadmill walk on an incline- killer for the legs!!

Today I did HSTA and may do that walk again later if not too fried.

Stayfit-sorry to hear you are having troubles this week-hope you are better soon. Be sure to listen to your body and rest if you need it. I know you are a work out maniac LOL!!!

Hi Everyone,

Today I did Viper for the first time - it's alot of fun but I just felt so weak this morning and out of breath. In fact, I think I may be pregnant. Not to get too personal but my nipples have been very sore, I am constantly thirsty, I have a wierd slightly crampy feeling(not really painful though) and I have some discharge-these are all things I've never had before. I am only 6 days post ovulation and I just have a hunch. This is our first time ttc and my DH thinks I just want it so bad that I am thinking I have this symptoms when I don't - Hello, I can't "imagine" discharge. I don't want to tell anyone yet but I thought you all could help me-I will probably post on the pregnancy forum too. I would appreciate any advice.

Stayfit, It's good to see you back at the workouts. Your muscle strain must be feeling better? Or are you just holding off the weights for a bit. I understand what you mean about being cautious with shoulder work.

Carole, what do you mean, hard to believe you have glute muscle? LOL! I can't imagine your butt being anything but solid muscle! I hope you haven't strained it.

Catherine, you sound like a weekend warrior! Excellent workouts yesterday and today! Those four sets of 15count low-end squats in HSTA must have done a number on your already-tired quads! I can't imagine.....

Today's my rest day, so I did a 45 minute YogaZone session. Can you say "Ahhhhhhh......." The Pilates session sounds really nice, Donna.

Good Morning! Mariangeles, IMAX2 is awesome, it's definitely in my top 3 Cathe faves. I'm glad your having some fun working out again. Be gentle with your injury, I encourage you to avoid working beyond the point of pain:) It definitely sounds like you're on the mend which is great!

Wow Carole, that's quite an add on! Enjoy your run today, that's a big one! I wonder if that pain in your glute could be glute minimus, piriformis or one of your other hip rotators, they are very deep.

Today I did S&I step only, BodyMax power circuit segment, CTX Powercircuits only, SJ&P abs and stretch. Quite a workout and just what I needed today.

I gotta go boss my Kids around and get the house tidied up so we can go see 'The Incredibles' and have some friends back for dinner.

Carole IMAX 2 is awesome. That interval 9 is a killer with all those jums. I hope I will do it entirely. Looking the IMAX 3 pics I bet It will be great and the music is of the same company . I love the music in IMAX 2.I hope your pain in the glute will dissapear soon. Be carefull with the shoulder workout. I get the injury working the shoulders.

Sandra thank you. I am going to do cardio only until my injury dissapear.I will love to take the weights again soon especially because I was doing the November rotation, my first rotation, and it has strenght weight training the most. Thank you.

Laurie...let us know how "The Incredible's" is!. I am not sure of what exactly the pain in my glute is, although I have had it before. I am positive a massage would help...:)..I survived the 21 miles despite the wind!!...now I know I need a haircut as it was in my face alot today.

Now I can wind down and watch football....:)...Carole
 
Carole, that maybe a piriformis trouble. Sometimes I have that. I was told to sit on a tennisball (place the ball under the painful spot) and sort of wiggle on it to loosen up any tight muscle. The PT actually sticks his elbow in that spot, the tennisball is a poor substitute for the elbow..:D

Day off for me. I was barfing all night due to some Japanese food last night and feel totally miserable and weak. Well, at least I lost 3 lb overnight! They should sell these things...:D
 
Mari...sorry about the bad food! One thing I hate is barfing....probably why I quit drinking...:)

Yes, my sister told me about the tennis ball, I'll try it and I iced it last night so barely felt it today. I try to stay away from my PT....too sadistic that man is...}( ....Carole
 
Hi everyone!

Well today was a day off as it was my brother's birthday so we went to NYC for the day and had a great time...I will consider all the walking and schlepping around we did today a "workout":+..LOL!! Had the best pizza in the entire world at a place in Greenwich Village called Two Boots....it's Italian food with a louisiana cajun kick and it was worth every single calorie;)!! I thought I would be able to get in a workout when I came home but didn't realize how tired I was until I passed out on the train coming back!! Tomorrow I will come back with a vengeance though}( }( !

Mariangeles, wow that is quite a workout you put in!! I will have to try that combo soon:D! Remember try not to push too much too soon!!

Carole, how did you do on your 21 mile run???

Macska...Sorry to hear you were so sick, I hope you are feeling better now!!

Sandra...yes I think I do want to play:7 LOL! That sounds like such a FUN rotation....I think I may try to substitute PUB/PLB combo for PP..what do you think of that?? Since I don't have PP i'm not sure what to compare it to. My gym nights are tuesday(powerflex, think power hour) and wednesdays (advanced step) so I will try to take the rotation and plan it around that. I really do love the way you set up your rotations and it's inspiring me to create my own:D !! When I add more workouts to my collection I can really have fun with these rotations!!
