Hi everyone!
Well today was a day off as it was my brother's birthday so we went to NYC for the day and had a great time...I will consider all the walking and schlepping around we did today a "workout":+..LOL!! Had the best pizza in the entire world at a place in Greenwich Village called Two Boots....it's Italian food with a louisiana cajun kick and it was worth every single calorie

!! I thought I would be able to get in a workout when I came home but didn't realize how tired I was until I passed out on the train coming back!! Tomorrow I will come back with a vengeance though}( }( !
Mariangeles, wow that is quite a workout you put in!! I will have to try that combo soon

Sandra...yes I think I do want to play:7 LOL! That sounds like such a FUN rotation....I think I may try to substitute PUB/PLB combo for PP..what do you think of that?? Since I don't have PP i'm not sure what to compare it to. My gym nights are tuesday(powerflex, think power hour) and wednesdays (advanced step) so I will try to take the rotation and plan it around that. I really do love the way you set up your rotations and it's inspiring me to create my own

!! When I add more workouts to my collection I can really have fun with these rotations!!
