Summer Fitness Challenge May 16-23

Hi Ladies,

Yesterday-well last night actually-I finally got around to do doing something, Muscle Max and Coremax 3 at 8:30pm. I had every intention of doing BodyMax cardio only or MIC but have been busy balancing my checkbook, paying the bills and laundry. I'm working the concession stand at the high school today for a couple of hours during lunch. They are hosting a spring baseball showcase so I expect it to be lots of fun and very busy. Maybe later today I'll do workout, hard to say now.

Hi ladies,
Im backkkkkkkkkkkk! We had a good weekend.Eating was o.k.And I didn't do any drinking so that was a plus.Can you imagine getting plastered on your kids gymnastics tournament? Nice mom!

I got up yesterday morning and went for alittle run outside.It was weird b/c I didn't know where I was going and I didn't have any music so the run was boring.So I forced myself to run for 25 min.I intended on going longer b/c I thought I was running away from the hotel and when I looked I could see the hotel sign just ahead, I had went around in a circle.
I just got home 4 hours ago and I did Low Max and GS Legs.I am on my wat to work now to work an over time shift, then I am off for 2 more days.
I will check back later tonight.I am working a night shift and I am sleepy already!

Hi Ladies,

I never got around to exercising yesterday, but after checking my workout log, I worked out six days last week so taking Sunday off shouldn't be a big deal. This morning I did the Gauntlet. It was nice to get some IMAX2 since I've only been doing IMAX3. Another hot one here today, in the 80's. I'll probably go to the gym later.

Hi Girls,
Diana- I know what you mean about trying some different workouts. I have been doing the new series religously and I did imax 2 the other day for the first time in a long time and it was a nice change. I actually forgot what was comming up next, which made the workout go by so mich faster.
Speaking of different workouts, I just did HST for the first time in ages and what a sweat I broke! I also added 5 min runs after each cardio blast.This workout is much more intense then High Step Challenge.

Hello,
Well so far today I did 30 minutes of abs. I am going to do cardio shortly. Most likely my treadmill. Tonight will be fit tv tris/biceps.

Hi guys. I did hi-step challenge this afternoon. I am going for a walk with the boys and hubby when my son wakes from a nap.

Eating is going well today.
