Lorihart, what kind of dog did you get?

Lorisax, congrats on your new puppies.

Well, hate to say it, but I have been one lazy person. Other than working in the yard I haven't done anything lately. I have gone out to dinner more than I would like to admit. I am eating every kind of junkfood available. I am on a slippery slope. I can feel myself getting fatter and fatter.

I need to get myself back in gear. Time to pull up the bootstraps and start getting serious again. Wish me luck.

Hi Everyone,

Lori-They say the dog is part black lab/something? NO one knows.But thats o.k.They seem to live longer then pure breeds.The funny thing was the pet store said he was a black lab....sure,and your selling them for $60? Chances are, someone wasn't responsible enough to get their dog spade (sp?)and they gave them to the pet store.Sad thing is, the guy who owns the pet shop is a major IDIOT! and thats being kind.The SPCA is always getting calls about the pet shop but by the time they get their he always has the place spotless and everything normal.

I did GS B,S&B and I managed to do 3/4 of a hardcore extreme workout.I was getting so lazy at the end.I should have slept more today.I am hoping to do legs or chest tomorrow and maybe a run although my knee as been acting weird.

The dog sounds really cute! I love labs, and mixes. Well I finally did something today--lowmax. I hope to run tomorrow.

Eating has been poor, but not too bad today.
