Good morning Fitness Friends!

I survived LowMax (step only seg.'s) and L&G's ( my favorite)NOT!!!!
Explosive lunges should be considered a form of torture IMHO. Man they are tough for me. I feel pretty good tho considering.

What's this great Hump Day look like for everyone else? I know Jess is getting ready to go to Sin City; (Las Vegas is Sin City isn't it?):p Have an awesome time Girl! We'll be thinking of you!

Wendy checked in like 4am I think last night? I hope that ends soon for you so you can start getting an uninterrupted good night's sleep.

It's humid here but not unGodly hot like last week. So that's always a good thing.:)

Hi girls!

I'm going to do Cardio and Weights and some extra leg work - if I have time. I have not begun to pack - still have some laundry to do.

Cleo, I did a search on the threads for freestyle training and I found Rhonda's (rcook) rotation for freestyle with the list of exercises she performs. I am going to keep Cathe leg workouts in my rotation (like Carole does)but just use a lot less weight and try to get some more reps in there and on days I don't do a Cathe lower body w/o I will look to Rhonda's list of exercises.
I plan to start doing legwork 4 or 5 times a week, depending on how my legs feel. I think it is 4 or 5 sets of 20 reps for each exercise.

Kali, I hear you on those explosive lunges. They are so tough to get through but I absolutely LOVE the soreness I feel the next day (well as long as my legs are not too sore).

Hello!!!

I've got some nice DOMS from L&G yesterday. I'm still trying to figure out how to do those outer glute sweeps while lying on the floor - oh well, I'll get them eventually}( .

Today is PUB (I still LOVE this w/o!!!). I, too, am glad that the heat is starting to come down just a bit - it's no fun when you're pouring buckets of sweat doing a weight w/o in 80+ degree heat!x(

Well,today is going to be a packing day after I finish PUB - we're moving (again!), but this time it's only across the street, so hopefully it won't be too bad. I'm such a procrastinator, though . . . I would MUCH rather spend the time creating rotations, ordering more w/os, working on my tan . . . :D

OK - just finished PUB and did the abs from C&W (LOVE this abs section!!!). The biceps work in PUB kills me every time and I hate how I can always start off matching Cathe, but end up having to lower my weights - grrrrr }(

Jess - have fun in Vegas!
Kali - what do you have planned for the rest of the week?
Wendy - hope Joey's letting you sleep more and get those w/os in!

Hey Cleo. I did PUB yesterday. I am nowhere near matching Cathe. So you keep pumpin' Girl!:p
Tomorrow I have HSC (intermediate) scheduled.
Friday, 1 segment Rhythmic Step & Imax2.
Saturday, C&W's cardio & UB sections, & PLB
If I'm beat I'll rest Sat. & do Sat.'s wo Sunday. If I'm up for it I'll wo Saturday & rest Sunday. Maybe a walk on my rest day.
How about the rest of your week? Besides MovingMax of course!:7

We're getting a dumpster next weekend & totally getting rid of everything in this house that we haven't touched in the last year. Maybe even 6 months! We have so much crap accumulated from before we got married, (10 yrs. ago) it's pathetic. I can't wait. It will be a lot of work, but well worth it.}(

you still amaze me by doing 2 w/os a day! While I'm well-practiced at moving, I'd love to just stay in the same place for at least more than 2 years! Oh well . . . . our goal is to buy a house within the next year or two, so we shall see!

HSTA and GSL are supposed to arrive tomorrow & I can't wait to check them out! The rest of my week looks like this:

Thu: interval running
Fri: HSTA + abs
Sat: MM
Sun: OFF/Pilates
