Happy Friday Ladies!

Terri how are you feeling this morning? Any better. I sure hope so!

I just got done with PLB and upperbody and abs. An hour and a half today. x( That is the only thing about doing Freestyle. It seems like it takes so much longer. I don't know if it's in my head or what. Oh well. I'll get over it.
The boys are going up my Mom's to play with their cousins so I'm going to go for a walk for my cardio today. I haven't walked since last weekend and miss it.

Well school starts on the 31st. I requested a good friend and neighbor of mine to be Matt's kindergarten teacher and she got him.:) I'm so glad. I'll feel better knowing he's with her. She's a great lady.

What's everyone doing today? Terri you better be on the couch. What's on your rotation Wendy? What time did Joey go down for the night?

PLB is one workout that will work your legs. I try to stay clear of my children when I start to work on the stability ball though. The comments they will make makes me lose my focus because they crack me up!
I haven't done much cardio in awhile myself so I am doing KPC twice today and 50 squats too. I mostly focus on lifting heavy.
My DD starts Governor's school on Tuesday as this is her last year of school and then she starts high school as well as my son on the 29th of this month. Now they won't be able to make anymore comments about my workouts once they are in school. LOL!
Terri's abs should still be sore from those 1000 crunches she did....hooray for her!
I just finished doing "A Toasty Rotation" for myself and workout buddy for September.

Hi Charlotte! I haven't been able to use my stability ball because I get cramps in my hamstrings. This ever happen to you?
I could just imagine what the "Toasty Rotation" looks like. }(
It's hard to believe the summer's just about over. It went by so fast. :( I'm glad to be getting time to myself, but at the same time I'm sad for the kids going back already.

I feel the same way about my children, and worse too because they will be leaving on their own soon to start their own lives.
No, I don't get cramps in my hamstrings from the ball, but I do get them in my feet ocassionally from trying to keep my entire body stable.
The Toasty Rotation is a combination of Cathe's August Rotation Killer Workout plus strength training as well. I feel like crying when I know I am going to have to do it ALL! LOL!
I will send you a copy of it, if you want it.

Good morning, ladies!

I have not been checking in because I haven't been working out much this week. It is really hard with my travel schedule and I am going to have to figure that out, sigh. Also, this week I was interviewing for a promotion and I had to talk to FIVE different people. Talk about stress! By the time I got home at night, I just wanted to lie on the bed, lol.

Anyway, not sure what I am doing today, but something that will get my blood pumping!

Glad to see you are all so dedicated as usual!!

I'd love a copy of that Charlotte. Maybe I'll use it as my New Year's Goal! LOL! }(

Missed you Marie. I quit the rotation and started doing Freestyle. I did it on vacation and decided to give it a try for 12 weeks. I'm liking it so far I'll know more on Sunday when I measure and weigh in.

Hello Ladies-

Kali I am still nnot feeling that great. I sure hate to take a rest day but if it will make me feel better then I would be more inclined to do so. Funny thing is I got sick after I ttok a rest day sunday. The first one in awhile that I had taken. I am getting really dpressed. I now have decided I have everything from cancer to luekemia to MS and the list goes on as my mind jumps from one thing to another! If It wasn't for the fact my vacation is fast aproaching I wouldnt be so paranoid. Kali I can't wait to se what results you are getting with freestyle!

Charlotte-actually yesterday I was able to do kpc abs,me abs and bootcamp abs. I was a bit sore but made it through:) The 1000 crunches the other day hurt but not for too long. I too would like to see the rotation you came up with for september:)

Hi everyone.

Today I did The Viper cardio only. Quite the intense little work out...about 43 minutes not including w/u, c/d and stretch. HRM says I burned just over 600 cals! Woo Hoo! :) I also did 200 crunches...I was supposed to do 250 but I messed up. x( Tmrw is supposed to be my rest day so hopefully I'll get the crunches in on Sunday...unless I don't rest tmrw! I may just do a little lighter-side cardio for fun plus the crunches! }( }( }(

Kali-Joey didn't go down until almost 11:30 last night and didn't get up until 11 this morning!!! His schedule is all messed up---too late! I will have to get him up early tmrw so that he's tired and goes to bed earlier tmrw night so that he'll start getting up around 9am again.

Charlotte-You are a crazy lady but I LOVE it! I am sure the rotation you created is NUTS!}( }( Could you send me a copy? I gotta see this! :)

Terri-Poor thing. Don't you worry...just be patient and you'll get better!

Marie-So what work out did you decide on for today?

Well I emailed most of you all a copy of the rotation...sure to leave you feeling mighty toasty! I am doing it with my workout buddy next month. I have a wedding to go to too so I want to look extra buff plus I love a good challenge. ME twice scares me though.
