Good Morning Everyone!
How are we all today?
I know everyone has had a busy weekend thus far.

I've decided to do the Aug. 05 rotation. Yes I AM! Marla is doing it with me and we are going to work work work! :7 :eek: x( !!!
Sorry to change last minute like this. But this is "perfect" for me for crunch month before I start working out with my friend. I'll be showing him up for sure! }( (shape wise not lifting wise I mean) My goal is to look good not bench more than him. :7 HEEHEE.

Yesterday I walked, did some YardMax, CarMax, and C&W's last night. I'll tell you what, I usually enjoy that w/o a lot, but I was tired from going all day and it was not easy! }( I soaked in the tub after and fell asleep!!

Today is a walk and Stretch Max. I usually do more on my rest day but under the circumstances of this rotation I think I WILL rest today!
Anybody want to join me for the rotation? Come on you know you want to! }:)7 What do you think Wendy? Are you up for it?

Good Morning.

Today I will rest again except for the possiblity of some pilates maybe.

I'm gonna pass on the Aug 05 rotation. I don't like so much "free-style" exercise (not to a video). It bores me to tears for some reason. Sorry! But you go for it Kali! :7 I will flip through the rotations today and see if there is one I'd rather do than Aug 04. If not, I'll stick with that one. By exercise time tomorrow I will have picked one.

I rested yesterday in order to paint my kitchen and now it's done. YEAY! It looks really nice. I picked a really pretty color! :+

Later today we have to pick up Joey. We dropped him off at grandma's house (DH's mom) for the night so that he would be out of the house when we painted. After painting we went to see "Wedding Crashers". HYSTERICAL! Loved it. :7

Well, I'm off to make my 2nd cup of java!

I just read through the Aug 05 rotation better! :eek: :eek: :eek: I wouldn't even have the time (or the energy for that matter!) to do this one! Holy moly! Cathe is certifiable I think! lol }( :p }( Go on Kali and have fun with out me! I am most DEFINATELY bowing out of this one! :p

For anyone who atttempts and successfully completes this rotation with out faultering:

I bow down to you. You are my hero. You are a godess in the fitness world!!!! :7
 
Hey Wendy! What color did you paint the kitchen? You'll have to show us a picture of your handy work.
Sorry I changed rotations. You can bet your cute little head I'll be making major modifications. Yes I think Cathe has had a little "moment" there. LOL! :7

I just got back from my walk and had to jump right in the pool! I added 4 hills to kick it up a notch. Marla is starting the rotation today so if I feel up to it later I might too. Then we'll be on the same days. All of Bodymax tho plus 200 jumping jax AND 40 pushups. I'll have to think about this. Or maybe I should "Just Do It" and I'll be started.

Hey! I lost 5 lbs! And I lost a 1/2 inch off my hips, thighs, and waist! WOO HOO! So I lost a total of 7lbs. in July.:7 I am really pumped now. I take that comment back about looking good. I do want to be able to bench more than him!}( Girls Rule!:7

Do you want to post or do you want me to about the trip?

ETA: I painted my kitchen a light shade of green...it's hard to describe but I really like it!
 
SaraIma helped me with that 3 days "diet" 4th day eat thing. You should ask her about it. And Marla figured out for me my calorie intake should be about 1500-1550 calories and that's where I've been at pretty much the last 2 weeks. And I try not to eat carbs after 3.
Really Wendy you should email Sara. All she does is get your stats and punch them in and tells you what you need to be doing. She's helping a lot of girls.
Honestly from the start I said "I'll work out like mad but I'm not following an eating plan" too hard for me. But it's not! Especially because I'm home all day. It definatley has made the difference so far.
Alright I'll go post about the GTG.

Hi Wendy and Kali!

Kali I have a question for you. Sarah helped me by saying that since I only have some fine tuning to do I should calorie stagger. So are you calorie staggering or staying at 1500-1550? What is the 3 day diet 4th day eat thing? Or is that the calorie staggering? Ok sorry to bombard you with questions :) But here is another one for you fine ladies. I will be gone for 5 days in august so should I wait until september to do this new rotation of cathes? Thanks for putting up with my questions! What Marla is helping you?

Wendy I am glad you like your kitchen. I asked in another thread what you did with DS but I see here what you did. Did you miss him being gone all night or relax and sleep good?

OK I need to go run for an hour then later I will do a weight workout.

Hey Terri!

To be honest I'm not sure if I'm calorie staggering or not. It sounds like it doesn't it? LOL :7. I try to eat 1600 calories for 3 days then on the 4th day I am supposed to eat 2360. HA! I've been doing this for 2 weeks and have yet to get that high. But I have lost 5 lbs. this week so I guess it's working somewhat. I've definatley been hitting 1500 which Marla (Smoogy) figured out I do NEED. She has been a great help to me and become a very dear friend.

I am going away Saturday till the following Saturday. ( I don't know what I'm going to do without you guys.) Maybe I can get access to a computer. Man. I've been without a drink for almost 18 months. I don't know about 7 days without my daily "fix" of you all! x(
We're staying at a condo so I'm going to try to do the workouts since I have family members that will keep the kids out of my hair.
I know some of the other girls just pick back up with the rotation when they get back from vacation to get it all in. That's what I'll do if I decide to skip any days. I'm doing the Aug. 05 rotation so that's probably a given!}(

When and where are you going? We're going to OC, MD on the 6th. Cannot wait. :)

Hey Kali, I am going to pacific beach in san diego on the 25th through the 29th. I hope you enjoy your vacation. I know I am looking forward to mine :)

Yeah I really need to decide wether to start aug 05 tomorrow or wait until I get back. One concern is I dont see a lot of upper body weight workout in this. II have worked very hard to have the Great guns I have and would hate to lose any of that.

Ohhhhhh that sounds really nice. You'll have an awesome time.:)

I didn't notice about the upper body. Hmmm. I'm just starting to see some definition in mine. Looks like I'll be making some adjustments besides modifications.:7
