Wendy, did you do the new workout? Did you like it? Was it too easy? Good for light days, maybe??? Mine were supposed to be delivered yesterday but they are not here yet! Which is unusual for UPS, but the tracking says it was re-scheduled for today, so... the REST of my order (that I'm very excited about as it includes CTX, Cardio Kicks, and the Classics) comes tomorrow! Very nice congratulations-to-me sorta thing!

Charlotte, I saw your dare thread. You are a monster, girl!!! BTW, I use glossy paint but only for exterior doors....

I am going to work for another friend in the program who is a chiropractor in Scranton. I'm going to run her office for her as she's been doing everything alone! So I start on the 12th. 3 days a week till I learn everything, then 4 when I get into the swing of things. I'll work 10-2 which is what I need to take and pick up the boys from school. We all got thru the first days. Thank goodness. I'll be fine now. It was just that "fear" (you know what I'm talking about) of something new that had me screwed up.

So will you have to travel less now? We have to get together and walk the lake or go for coffe or something!

BTW, Jessica, I just saw your post from yesterday about the Janis Saffell workouts. I was pretty disappointed with them, too, but that IS what you get for risking early stuff for a good price! I tried to do South Beach Slam, but I tell ya, I just could NOT get past the split-crotch pants she was wearing! LOL

Kali, you asked about my job recently. Officially, I am a "Senior Learning and Development Specialist" for a large insurance company in NJ. The new job is on the underwriting side, which is a big deal because I don't have an underwriting background (my master's is in education and my experience is primarily managing multimedia development) so that is very exciting to me. I am just ready for a change, you know?

Hi, Kali!

I should be working out! lol I will be traveling about the same for some time, I think, but once I get into the swing of things, probably less than I do now but to different offices than just the primary one. I am glad about that since the winter is coming and last year I got stranded on the highway more than once. Ick. My new boss is much more flexible and accomodating, and I am very appreciative. :)

Your job sounds fun and the hours are awesome! I hope that it all works out for you.

My youngest starts first grade on Tuesday, and I am so not ready! He is much more into school than his brother, though, so hopefully things will be a smidge easier the second time around. :) At least I do not feel so stupid about how everything works. I tell ya, it takes years to figure out how to get around the local educational system! It's crazy!

Anyhow, well I have glossy doors everywhere now. I was told some people use gloss for interior as well. I am not a paint person so I need help in that dept. Oh, well. They are still bright and perky!

Oh, we can use A Toasty Check In, that is fine by me.

Well the reason the rotation is called "toasty" is because your suppose to go as heavy as possible with weights. Why do you want to go light or use none, you won't be toast if you don't, but I will let ya anyways if ya like. Have fun with it! Everyone has different needs. Mine is for maximum muscle building. I like to go heavy all the time.

I just finished today's rotation. I really had to go up in weights as it would have been too easy. Shoulder work, didn't have to go up much...just 2 pounds to make it 10, etc. Got in my jumping jacks first and did them non stop. WHEW! Still got pushups to do. I am proscratinating, but will do them in a minute.

Sounds good Marie. Good luck on Tuesday! I have one in Kindergarten and one in 2nd grade. My little one is more into it too! The older one hated 1st grade last year. Thank goodness he's matured a lot over the summer and was ready to go back.

Charlotte~ I'm still trying to lose fat and lean out. I've been doing Freestyle for 2 weeks with Cathe wo/s and free work. Do you think it'll do anything for me? Oh Thank you for your blessing!!LOL!

I'm not getting my calories in again. I just don't feel like eating. I'm not even at 700 and it's almost 7pm. DH says have something w/ a lot of calories, but I don't want to have anything "fattening".

You better up your calories or your body will think you are starving it and store fat. You don't want that. You have been working too hard to get more fat. Come on and get eating now!!!! x(
If you want Kali, you can so some more cardio of your choice after strength training days. Then you will really be toast!

NOW GO EAT as it is already getting late and you shouldn't eat too much this time of the night, but eat something and start over tomorrow with more eating earlier in the day and then taper it off some. YA HEAR???

Hi ladies.

I didn't read through all of the posts as I missed so much while I was not online, but no Terri...no necklace yet. x(

I ended up taking Joey for a second walk this evening after dinner.

I did the Low Impact Step circuit premix this afternoon. This work out has abs in it so that was taken care of.

With the 2 walks totalling over an hour of walking plus the circuit work out that included abs I am done for the night.

I did stretchmax when I got home from the 2nd walk as I needed it badly. Still need it actually!

Anyway...figured I'd check in even though it's late!
