Hi everybody!!!

Hope you're all doing well. We're leaving for a week in Cape Cod next Friday, so my main goal this week is to eat VERY, VERY clean and keep that tummy nice and flat for the bikini which I'll probably be living in }( Yesterday I tried one of the oatmeal pancake recipes I found on another thread, and they were sooo yummy! (I think the recipe came from Sarah/Imafitnessfreak)

We finally had a mild cool front last night and it's only 68 degrees right now!!! Woo-hoo! I'm going to go do either MM or ME right now before it starts getting hot again - I'll check in again when I'm finished.

Hi everyone

Cleo, I also have not worked out since I moved. There's just so much to be done. Today I am picking up a new sofa and then hopefully SO will be off work and we can finish painting the living room. Sunday is the day (It keeps getting moved back as new things come up). But Sunday I really am going to start Aug 04 rotation AND clean up my eating. so busy running around I only eat healthy 80% of the time.

Kali, did you do BC twice in a row? I'm curious to do this even though it's not in my rotation.

Speaking of Aug 04 rotation, Wendy, what do you think?

OK - just did ME for the first time in over 2 years and I still love it. I know Wendy thinks I'm crazy, but yes, I do prefer those leg presses any day over low-end lunges w/ a barbell on my back! }(

Jessica-- don't feel bad - this is the FIRST time I've worked out since we started moving 2 weeks ago, and like you, my start-up date kept getting bumped back day by day. We're going away next week, and that = no workouts (other than swimming and walking), so I'm trying to really pump myself up by exercising every single day this week. Seeing as I still don't have a mat yet for the exercise room, I'm not really sure how KPC will go tomorrow???

Anyway, good luck with unpacking and painting. We've only got one room that might need to have the wallpaper stripped and walls painted, but I'm thinking that it can wait for right now }( . I'm cooking dinner tomorrow for everyone that helped us move, so now I have to figure what to make - hmmmmmm . . . .

Jessica-I am really enjoying the Aug 04 rotation! It certainly gets the legs GOOD and still allows for a fair amount of upper body work as well.

Cleo-How nice to be cooking for your helpers! I would order pizzas and buy beer! :7 :p }(

Is Kali away on vacation now???

This morning I doubled up on my work out because I didn't have a chance to do it yesterday so I combined yesterday's with today's. This is what my work out looked like:

C&W w/u & circuits
CTX kickbox cardio & cool down
C&W abs
C&W stretch

I was supposed to do the pyramid stability ball segment too but I forgot! :eek: I may still get it in tonight or I'll just do it tomorrow. No biggie.

I used my HRM for C&W through CTX kickbox and these are my results based on 67 minutes:

Avg hr 134 Pk hr 164 Cals burned 732!}(
