Does this drill make anyone else dizzy? Is there something I can do to prevent this?

I don't have this problem. I only get dizzy when I go in circles but You might be either keeping your head down too much and then when you come up it might be making you dizzy. Try to keep your head up more.

Hope this makes sense! :)

Now that I think about it, I do think I kept my head down. I tried (during the drill) to keep my head up, but I guess I didn't try hard enough. Next time I'll have to concentrate on that.

Thank you ladies. :)

Just remember Cathe's cue "Keep the head above the heart" and you'll be okay. This might mean that you have to squat down even a bit deeper to drop and pick up the weights, so that you don't curve forward from the spine, but that's all to the good for the legs.
