Like many others, I am in a complete funk when it comes to working out lately. So, I've decided that I have to do/try something new or set some kind of a goal I can work toward achieving that is concrete. Any suggestions on a workout or training regimen that got you out of a workout funk? I really think something fun and different may do the trick, but I haven't been able to find anything yet, so I'm hoping that some of you may have some great suggestions for me.
One thing...it can't be anything expensive...like so many others, I have very little extra money these days.
