Please please do some more cardio. I would love, love, love a MIC DVD like the first one (half step, half hi/low --- or kickboxing). I would also like to second the suggestion for a Timesaver series. I loved that series that you did! Maybe you could do another timesaver series and then a cardio DVD -- I would be thrilled.

Personally, I am not interested in a slow and heavy series.
