SUGGESTIONS PLEASE?

I have purchased AfterBurn, Tri-sets, slide and glide, gym style back shoulders triceps, muscle max, core max, butts and guts, and athletic training. I have now idea how to sequence these so im not over training.....can you help me get a calender going with the dvds I have?

Always remember to put a day in between weight work. Also consider what type of shape you're in right now. You may need more rest days.

My suggestion would be :
Atheltic Training, core max segment
Trisets
AfterBurn
rest
Gym styles back and shoulders
butts and gutts
rest
Muscle max
