Suggestions for weight loss?

Hi! I have had wonderful results in the past with Cathe videos. However, I am trying to get back with the program after being out of it for a 2 year baby break (Woops) I am doing Weight Watchers point system for the past 3 weeks. I have been eating all of my points every day. I have been doing Cathe weight training as intensly as possible for 3 weeks and I am walking with the stroller when I can. I am not loosing! What am I doing wrong? Does anyone have a better weight loss ideas? I only have 10-15 to loose. Since the baby I have walked and watched my intake. I went down gradually but this last bit is sticking to my bones!!
 
When I started exercising the first week of March, it was at least 4 to 5 weeks before I seen any change in the way my pants fit me, so don't give up, its takes time .... I drink LOTS of water too...... Rhonda :7 :7
 
Hi Carin, I'm not familiar with the WW program. and can't comment on the point system. I can, however, share with you on how I was able to lose the last 10 pounds (which are the toughest). First thing is to cut out the simple carbs; white flour products, rice, pasta. Secondly, eat more fruits and veggies (fiber makes you feel full). Lastly, cut your portion size and eat several small meals. This is what I did to lose the weight and has been helpful in others losing weight as well. Good luck adn please let us know how it goes. Are you eating enough? I know it sounds unbelievable, BUT I have 10 pounds to lose and am on WW, too. I have already lost 10.4 and was on a plateau for a long time. Then I realized that Cathe's workouts really burn the calories and when I figured them out I realized that I wasn't eating enough. I would work off about 6-7 Points per workout and after subtracting that from my points at the end of the day I was way under my points for the day. Make sure you are double checking any workouts that you do so that you are eating enough to fuel your body after those hard Cathe workouts.

Oh, by the way, once I ate more I lost the last 5 quite fast. GOOD LUCK. Marcia.
