Hi! I have had wonderful results in the past with Cathe videos. However, I am trying to get back with the program after being out of it for a 2 year baby break (Woops) I am doing Weight Watchers point system for the past 3 weeks. I have been eating all of my points every day. I have been doing Cathe weight training as intensly as possible for 3 weeks and I am walking with the stroller when I can. I am not loosing! What am I doing wrong? Does anyone have a better weight loss ideas? I only have 10-15 to loose. Since the baby I have walked and watched my intake. I went down gradually but this last bit is sticking to my bones!!
