Suggestions for lean & define rotation?

I am sort of stumped. I just finished a 10 week rotation w/ PUB/PLB, Core Max & Cardio. I enjoyed it, lost a few pounds, lost some inches and notice a very slight amount of definition.

I have 8 more pounds til my goal + would really like to see some lean definition in my upper body & just overall tone in my lower.

Any suggestions for a rotation?

I have...
Cathe's... BC,ME,PUB/PLB, PP, SS, HSC,MM,GS (all), Imax2,Low Max, Imax3 (a little scared of this one), KPC, Cardio Kicks, The Classics, Core Max, Ab Hits, Kick Max, C&W,& StepBlast/Step JumpPump.
I think that about covers it.
I am not sure how you would classify some of these workouts as far as Intervals or anaerobic etc.
I have definitley 5 days a week sometimes I can squeeze in 6 days to workout. I can average about an hour a day again sometimes more & some times in the morning & then in the evening.

Thanks for any help!!!

All the Imax's are aerobic/anaerobic the blast are anaerobic, BC has some anaerobic blasts also. To lose body fat the number one thing is your diet, eat 5 -6 meals a day every 3 hours, each meal should include a protein, example 3 ounces of skinless chicken breat over salad, etc. The second will be to do a lot cardio. You may want to do something like this:

1. GS Chest and Triceps
2. Imax and CM
3. GS BSB
4. KPC
5. Legs, CM
6. Cardio Kicks

This way you will work each muscle group once a week and get three cardios if you are daring do another Imax instead of cardio kicks.

Thanks So Much for your input. I do appreciate it!!!

My eating has been fairly good. I could probably add in a little bit more protein though.

So working each muscle group once a week will give me that lean defined look along w/ the clean eating & cardio? God I thought I would have to kill myself w/ weight training all week long!!!! :)

It really works, eating small meals 6 times a day, lean protein, and complex carbs is the key. If you work each muscle to failure once a week, and then give it time to recover, it is during the recovery period that the muscle is formed. Follow the rotation for 3 weeks. Week 4 do mostly cardio and Circuits with light weights, yoga or pilates, this is call deconditioning, you are suppossed to take it easier and don't lift heavy. Week 5 begin to train again. This is the system followed by P90x and it really works. The 90 stands for 90 days.

I am debating trying this one day a week rotation thing or doing the August 2004 legs and glutes and fat blast rotation for awhile. I have the slow and heavy series, but not the gym style or pure strength. Is there a good reason to choose one rotation over the other?? I really want to lose a few inches in the lower part and tone the arms...........
