Hi!
I'm new to Cathe and also just found out I'm pregnant with #3!

Just wondered if anyone could recommend any good prenatal dvds?

Thanks,
Stacey

I like The Perfect Pregnancy Workout for strength training and for yoga, Dr. Christine Anderson's Prenatal Yoga. I like the yoga exercises in the yoga tape but I find Dr. Anderson and the background music extremely annoying. However, from what I've read and experienced, this is one of the better, advanced prenatal yoga tapes.

I alternate these with Cathe videos.

good luck!

Thanks so much for the info. I've had my eye on the Perfect Pregnancy workout and it seems to have great reviews on Amazon. I might have to order that one:)

R.M.H.hey im 11 weeks along with #2 and havent been doing anything for the last 3 or 4 weeks except sleeping. I asked the same question on another forum and someone suggested basic step. there is no jumping and its does get the heart rate up after taking a break for a month. i really felt accomplished after doing it and it is cathe, so you know the routine is excellent. It came with my step along with cardio and weights and is only 30 minutes long.

Thanks so much! I did purchase Basic step and have been alternating that, my elliptical, and walking for cardio. I also purchased the Perfect pregnancy workout, Prenatal Pilates with Niece Pecenka, and FitMama for toning. I really like all of these dvd's and it gives me some nice variety.
