Does any one have some suggestions for a quick workout? I am finding that I have less and less time to work out yet still want to burn some calories and maintain muscle mass. Can all this be done, say, in a 20 minut time frame?
HSTA Upper body or Lower body. The weights only of SJP. The weights only of Body Max. Lower or Upper Body of Muscle Max. There are alot if you use the premixes. Peggy
