suggestions for a 4DS Upper body timesaver?

Hi Cathe and Cathe nation,

I'd like to do an upper body workout using 4DS but in a timersaver version! Do you have any suggestions onwhich exercises to choose to get a thorough workout in about 40 min.?

Hi Nathalie! Hmmm, I don't have a list of what exercises are in each DVD right off hand but I'm sure the following exercises that I mention are on those DVD's so here goes. Do 2 sets of 12 for each of the following:

Back: Deadrow w/Barbell (warm up set, lighter weight, 15 reps)
Deadrow w/Barbell (close underhand grip)

Back/Chest: Pullover w/Dumbbell

Chest: Bench Press w/Barbell
Incline Fly w/Dumbbell

Shoulders: Overhead Press w/Dumbbells
Lateral Raise w/Dumbbells

Triceps: Lying Barbell Extensions
Kickbacks w/Dumbbells

Biceps: Standing Barbell Curl
Seated Concentration Curls w/Dumbbells
