I have asked this to some of the other people on the boards.
Being a newcomer, I have to tell you that you have a great following of peoeple who sing your praises.They have helped me geeatly.
I have been exercising at home for about 15 years, I consider myself beginner/intermediette, with two left feet.
I ordered your Muscle Endurance and Power Hour and love them both.
What tapes can you suggest for cardio or even cardio mixed with weight training that will allow this 56 year old body with its two left feet to be able to follow? I'd like another muscle conditioning video/DVD also. Gee, am I asking for enough?
Even if they are your earlier tapes..any suggestions for easy to follow routines during cardio will be appreciated.
