I'd love to see an advanced step (or other) workout that is particularly cautious about knee torque. This isn't so much an issue of impact (in fact, some higher impact workouts are fine), it's a question of twists and turns! I'm an aging exercizer (late 40's), really fit, and I still really love the intense workouts. I'm having to sort through my step workouts to figure out which ones are most knee-friendly. So, maybe that's a niche Cathe can fill -- workouts for the aging, very fit (because we do Cathe!), knee-babying crowd!
